Go (Generic Runtime)

Generic Go runtime. Set GO_PACKAGE to any public Go import path (e.g. github.com/user/repo); the package is fetched and compiled on first start, the resulting binary is stored in /home/container and executed on every subsequent start. Customer code and data live in /home/container.
