Withdraw a contract (14 days)

Within 14 days of concluding a contract you may withdraw it. The unused part is refunded pro-rata to your original payment method.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. For services already used, proportionate value compensation may be charged; the refundable remainder is returned to your original payment method where technically possible. Domain registrations and transfers are not processed through this online withdrawal flow because they are executed immediately with the responsible registry.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Efe Bağrı, handelnd unter Exbil, Sankt-Gallen-Ring 189, 90431 Nürnberg, Deutschland, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal (§ 357a BGB).
