MinIO S3

MinIO S3-compatible object storage. Object data lives in /home/container/data and credentials are persisted in /home/container/keys — both paths are included in backups. The MinIO binary is baked into the image; set STARTUP_TYPE=update then restart to pull the latest version, or simply pull a newer image tag.
