Stormworks: Build and Rescue

Stormworks: Build and Rescue dedicated server. Runs the Windows binary under Wine + Xvfb. Game files install into the volume on first start (~4 GB, requires a Steam account that owns the game). World saves and server_config.xml live in /home/container/server_data/; server_config.xml is regenerated from env vars on every boot.
