Vanilla Bedrock ARM64

Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated Server running on ARM64 hosts via Box64 x86-64 emulation. Server files download into /home/container on first start. server.properties is rendered from env vars on every start; allowlist.json and permissions.json are preserved across updates.
